Timothy Plummer - FCA Northern NV Director

Timothy Plummer was born and raised in Carson Valley. He has been married since 2004 to his wife Gena, and  have four children: Anthony, Kaitlynn, Grace, and Asher.

In 2016, he began volunteering with FCA, quickly developing a passion for sharing the Gospel with students in our community and on school campuses. In 2018, he joined FCA as an Area Representative, and in 2022, Timothy became the Area Director for Carson/Douglas. His focus shifted toward equipping and empowering others to serve in ministry, and in December 2024, Tim was honored to answer God’s call to serve as the Northern Nevada Director. He was excited to continue growing the ministry and expanding our reach to every campus and city in Northern Nevada.

Timothy played four years at Douglas High School, where he was the league MVP during his senior year as a center midfielder. He also served as team captain and earned the leadership award from his teammates. Plummer played on a state champion competitive club team and competed in the Nevada Olympic Development Program for three years. He coached four seasons of high school soccer locally at Whittell and Douglas High Schools. Additionally, Plummer has coached youth recreational and competitive soccer for ten years and is a licensed United States Soccer Coach. He has successfully run our local Competitive Soccer Tournament, Wild West, for the past ten years.

Campbell Cummings - FCA Area Representative

Campbell, an Orange County native, married Ashleigh in May 2020. Their son, Zion, was born in October 2024. With 13 years of experience in health and fitness, he’s been a personal trainer, nutrition coach, baseball coach, and health coach. A lifelong baseball player, his career ended in 2012 when he was hit by a car. After surrendering his life to God through YWAM, he heard the Lord’s call to serve others. 

Brady Roser - FCA Soccer Program Director

Brady Roser is a husband, a father of two daughters, and a pastor who believes deeply in the formative power of

both faith and sport. Brady has been immersed in the game of soccer since the age of three, competing and

developing at nearly every level from grassroots youth soccer to some of the highest-rated club

tournaments in the United States. As a youth player, he competed in elite U.S. Club–rated

tournaments, participated in the Olympic Development Program (ODP), and gained international

experience through competitions such as the Milk Cup in Northern Ireland and the Tournoi de

Talence in France. His playing journey also included invitations to professional trials in Germany.

As a coach, Brady has served at the Olympic Development Program (ODP) level and has

coached teams competing at the Regional level within the U.S. Youth Soccer (USYS) system.

He currently holds a U.S. Soccer Federation National D License and brings a thoughtful,

development-centered approach shaped by both high-level competition and long-term athlete

formation.

Beyond the field, Brady is a lifelong student of Scripture and a pastor with a heart for

discipleship. He is an avid, lifelong supporter of Liverpool FC and a true lover of the Beautiful

Game, not only for its tactics and technical demands, but for its unique capacity to shape

character, discipline, humility, and community.

Ultimately, Brady chose to step away from pursuing soccer at the highest competitive levels in

order to prioritize his calling to family and ministry. Through FCA, he now seeks to bring those

worlds back together, helping athletes encounter Christ, grow in faith, and understand soccer as

a gift that forms both the heart and the person.

His passion lies in teaching people to follow Jesus while embracing the Beautiful Game as a

means of joy, formation, and faithful witness living fully for Christ both on and off the pitch.
